How to use
- Unscrew the spray head and fill the bottle, leaving some space at the top.
- Screw the head back on tightly.
- Hold it upright and press the pump a few times to prime it.
- Spray from about 15–20 cm over the pan, air-fryer basket or salad.
- Rinse with warm water before switching to a different liquid.

Which liquids can I use?
Cooking oils such as olive, mustard, sunflower, sesame and avocado oil, plus vinegar, lemon juice and soy sauce. Very thick oils may not mist well.
What if it stops spraying?
Rinse the nozzle with warm water and pump it a few times. Thick or cold oil can block the mist.
Is it one bottle or a pack?
Each order contains 1 sprayer.
How do I clean it?
Empty it, fill it with warm soapy water and spray a few times to flush the nozzle. Then rinse and let it dry.
How far should I hold it from the food?
About 15–20 cm away gives the most even mist.
