Where we ship
We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. You can see whether delivery is available for your address at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Cash on Delivery orders may need confirmation before they are dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 5–9 business days of dispatch. Remote areas, sale periods and events outside our control can cause delays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days, please contact us.
Address accuracy and failed deliveries
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or because no one was available, the courier may return the parcel to us, and re-shipping may be charged.
Damaged parcels
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged when it arrives, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy.
