When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days across India. Remote pin codes can take a little longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Where available, Cash on Delivery is shown as a payment option at checkout. Prepaid orders are processed first.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or contact us with your order number and we'll help.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing photo or video. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Write to us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that haven't been dispatched yet.
