This Privacy Policy explains how Pantoza ("Pantoza", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or buy from our online store. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable Indian law.
1. Information we collect
When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping address, and order details. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. When you browse the Store, we automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, confirm Cash on Delivery orders, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, improve the Store, and meet our legal and tax obligations. With your consent, we may also send you emails or messages about new products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Consent
By giving us your information to complete a purchase, you consent to its use for that purpose. For any other purpose, such as marketing, we will ask for your consent directly, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to zakishaikh2051@gmail.com.
4. Sharing your information
We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the Store, under appropriate safeguards. These include Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment gateways, courier and logistics partners, and email or messaging tools. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways that follow industry standards such as PCI-DSS. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your payment information.
6. Third-party services and links
The Store may link to other websites, which have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them, so please read their policies.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires (for example, tax records).
8. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, understand how the Store is used and, with your consent where required, measure marketing. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Store may not work without them.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to zakishaikh2051@gmail.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.
10. Children
The Store is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
